Delivery service terms and details:

Delivery  charges for residential, commercial and industrial areas in Hong Kong / Kowloon are as follows:

If the value of the goods is less than HK $600, there will be an additional courier charge of HK $40.
Goods with a value of more than HK $601 can enjoy free delivery service.

Delivery  charges for residential, commercial and industrial areas in the new territories are as follows:

Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Sai Kung and clear water bay
If the value of the goods is less than HK $800, there will be an additional delivery charge of HK $80.
Goods with a value of more than HK $801 can enjoy free delivery service.

Delivery  charges in remote areas of Hong Kong are as follows:

Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and outlying islands (Lantau, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, etc.)
If the value of the goods is less than HK $1000, there will be an additional delivery charge of HK $120. (but excluding the additional fees charged by road toll)
Free delivery service is available for goods valued at more than HK $1001. (but excluding the additional fees charged by road toll)

South Lsland:Admiralty/Ocean Park/Wong Chuk Hang/Lee Tung/Hoi Yi Peninsula......

Airport/Disney: Expo/Airport/Disney/Sunny Ao......

If the value of the goods is less than HK $1000, there will be an additional delivery charge of HK $150. (but excluding the additional fees charged by road toll)
Free delivery service is available for goods valued at more than HK $1001. (but excluding the additional fees charged by road toll)

DiscoveryBay:

If the value of the goods is less than HK $1200, there will be an additional delivery charge of HK $250. (but excluding the additional fees charged by road toll)
If the value of the goods is more than HK$1,201, an additional HK$150 courier fee will be charged.

Outside Hong Kong, we need to confirm the receipt of payment before notifying the express delivery Commissioner to pick up the goods. The goods are arranged by freight collect.
Delivery arrangement and precautions:

The order must be checked by the Commissioner by email or telephone before delivery is arranged.
If the goods are delivered to the wharf, the customers shall arrange the transportation by sea and the loading and unloading of the goods by themselves. All extra charges must be paid by the customer.
The delivery fee does not include the parking fee. If there is no parking lot for free loading and unloading, the parking fee must be paid by the customer.

 Delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, typhoon No.8 or black thunderstorm warning days.

Under normal circumstances, we will arrange delivery within 1-2 working days after receiving the order, and the customer will receive an email to confirm the delivery date. Delivery dates vary from region to region.
We can't guarantee the actual delivery time. We can only provide about the delivery time in the morning or afternoon. However, the delivery specialist will contact the customer one hour in advance on the delivery day to inform them of the approximate delivery time.
